Refund & Cancellation Policy

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to dissatisfaction. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have crafted a comprehensive refund and cancellation policy.

Our policy ensures that both our clients and our company are treated fairly during any refund or cancellation process. Please read through the conditions carefully.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a 100% refund of your upfront payment (if any) in the following cases:

• Dissatisfaction with the Initial Draft:

  
  If you are not satisfied with the initial draft of your project (e.g., web design mockup, SEO strategy outline, or first video edit), you can request a full refund. Alternatively, you can request revisions or another draft to better meet your needs.

   

• Project Not Started:

  
  If we have not initiated your project or are unable to start it within the agreed timeframe.

   

• Inability to Complete the Project:
  

  If we are unable to deliver the project as per the original agreed-upon specifications and features. (Please note that this requires a written agreement of project requirements. Any additional features requested beyond the scope of this agreement will not be eligible for this clause.)

   

• Cancellation Within 3 Days of Payment:
  

  If you decide to cancel the project within 3 days of making the initial payment.

   

Partial Refund Conditions

A partial refund may apply in the following situations:

• Design Mockup Approved:
  

  If you have approved the initial draft or design mockup, you can request a 50% refund within 7 days of starting the project. After 7 days, no refund will be provided.

   

• Client Communication Delays:
  

  If the project is delayed due to lack of communication from your end for more than 30 days, we will not entertain refund requests. However, you may contact us to pause or hold the project if personal issues arise.

   

• Domain & Hosting Purchases:
  

  If your project involves domain and hosting services, $60 will be deducted from your refund as these services are non-returnable after purchase. Ownership of domain and hosting will remain with you for the duration of the purchased term.

   

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

1. Installment-Based Projects:
   

   Installment-based projects are not eligible for refunds. However, you may pause or cancel your subscription with a 1-month notice period.

    

2. Completed Projects:
   

   No refunds will be issued once the project has been fully completed and delivered to you.

    

3. Additional Services:
   

   Refunds for services such as content writing, SEO strategy adjustments, or video edits requested after the project has been delivered will not be entertained.
